Order for birthday party cancelled at last minute

I order this for my 👧 birthday party in school but the order was canceled at last minute on the same morning. So we had to scramble to find cake and brownies to replace. The shop did not call but just left an email. Pathetic customer service, reliable. Shop should be taken off this platform.

Order on the same and got it few hours after. Excellent service!
