Mango King Cake

I placed my order from the United Kingdom for someone in Malaysia. The staff were very helpful and responded quicky to all my queries. The delivery arrived on time and the cake was in prefect condition. I'm told the cake was "yummy" 🙂

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the cake delivery I received from your company on 18 April 2024, 7pm. I had ordered a Mango King cake for a special occasion, and to my dismay, the cake was infested with ants upon arrival.

Not only was this a revolting and unsanitary experience, but it also ruined the event for which the cake was intended. I had trusted Cake Rush to provide a high-quality product, and the presence of ants in the cake was completely unacceptable.

As a result of this unfortunate incident, I am requesting a full refund for the cost of the cake. I believe that this is the least that can be done to compensate for the inconvenience and distress caused by this substandard delivery.

I have attached a photo of the cake as it was delivered, clearly showing the presence of ants. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

I expect to receive a prompt response and a resolution to this matter. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide details on how the refund will be processed.

I hope that Cake Rush will take the appropriate measures to ensure that such a disappointing experience does not happen to any other customer in the future

Thank you so much for the cake. It tasted really good. Only minus is that's the mango topping was sour other than that cake was very fresh and tasty. My family really enjoyed it ☺️
