I don't like the cake

I already whatsapp the shop to write down something at the top cake but when coming nothing on the top..they change with the strawberry..
I'am very dissappointed with the cake. Its for my kids farewell. Honestly I'am mad okay..

the cake was delivered on time with good packaging and condition.

However, the taste was not premium at all! I can barely taste the lychee and it tasted like a cheap spongecake. The icing was also too thick! I was sad that it did not meet my expectations.

The cake I received was terrible. 0 star rating actually.

Dear Cakerush,

I have been a regular customer to Cakerush and have not been disappointed until yesterday.

The cake that was delivered to me was nothing like the one that I ordered. Infact, it was horrendous- fluorescent pink, horrible finish, and the cake was made of layers of horrible tasting sponge cake. It was embarrassing to serve it to my guests. I attempted to make it look better and taste better by adding strawberries and blueberries but to no avail.

I wonder if the cake was swapped unscrupulously along the process. I ended up throwing the cake away it was that bad.

Due to the above experience I am hesitant to order from cakerush in the future.
